Booking and cancellation policy
We understand that life gets busy and throws us curve balls. However, due to a high demand of our services, we ask that prior to booking you agree to our terms and conditions.
For bookings exceeding a 2 hour appointment, a 50% deposit is required.
This allows us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of our guests.
For all online bookings, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
An SMS reminder will be sent 2 business days prior to your scheduled appointment. We understand that you may need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If sufficient notice is given, your full deposit will roll over to your next appointment.
For any cancellations made with less than 24 hrs notice, a $50 fee will be added to your next booking. When a 50% deposit has been paid and there is a NO SHOW, your deposit will be forfeited.
We understand that unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances arise. Please note that all this is deeply taken into consideration.
